Using Microsoft SharePoint 2013 to build a robust support and training portal (Technical Case Study)

The Microsoft IT team that is responsible for hosting customer and partner content for Microsoft Dynamics needed to replace an outdated and cumbersome content management system (CMS) with a solution that would better support a complex range of content and customer needs. Using Microsoft SharePoint 2013 as a new CMS, the team created a support and training portal that helps customers and partners easily find product support information, license products, and get product updates.
